Dear Upctox Users,
We have noticed that some users attempt to process payments using PRNs that do not belong to them. To enhance transparency and security, Upctox has introduced a PRN System:
https://prn.upctox.com/, where users can check if their PRN was used, not used, valid, or invalid. This system only reads PRNs issued by our support bot.
Our customer support will now prioritize two key factors when processing account whitelisting for cash-outs, maintenance fees, or any PRN-related services:
1. Is the PRN Valid?
A PRN is marked valid if it appears as such in our public PRN System: https://prn.upctox.com/.
If the PRN is invalid, we will not process any request associated with it.
2. Is the PRN issued to the Telegram account registered with Upctox?
Each Upctox account has a registered Telegram account, which is the one used to contact the account handler when you first joined our services.
This is the only Telegram account recognized by Upctox for sending notifications and processing PRN requests.
If a PRN was issued to another Telegram account not linked to your Upctox account, it will not be accepted, as it will be considered an attempt to use a PRN that does not belong to you.
🔴 Important Notice:
Every Payment Transaction ID can be used to generate only one PRN.
If you request a second PRN using the same Payment Transaction ID, our bot may issue it, but the PRN System will not recognize it as valid.
Only the first PRN generated per Transaction ID is considered valid in the system.
Why We Implemented This System
We received complaints from 40% of our users reporting that once their PRNs were compromised, others used them before they could. This new PRN System provides enhanced protection to ensure only the rightful owner can use a PRN.
Our Strong Recommendation
Keep your Payment Transaction ID secure to avoid unauthorized PRN generation. Always use your officially registered Telegram account when requesting a PRN.
Thank you for your cooperation and trust in Upctox.
